The organisation using Neexa is in control
The organisation using Neexa is responsible for how it configures and uses the service, including any required disclosures, human-review processes, or consent-related steps for its own use case.
How data may be used
Campaignity may use de-identified and anonymized data from workspaces on Neexa’s default free plan to improve its internal AI systems. Before that use, Campaignity takes steps designed to remove or exclude direct identifiers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and similar identifying information.
Data from paid or paid-equivalent workspaces is not used for internal AI training unless expressly agreed in writing.
Where Campaignity uses third-party AI providers, they are contractually restricted from using customer data to train or improve their own models or services.
